Lamb Chops Recipe - Home Cooking Done Right!
Grilled Lamb Chops - Serves 4 People
Ingredients:
- 6 lamb chops
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 fresh sprig rosemary,(1 teaspoon)
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, (six leaves)
- 2 fresh sprig thyme, (1-2 tablespoons)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Prepare:
In food processor or blender add garlic, rosemary, mint leaves, thyme, salt and pepper. Pulse until combined.
Pour in olive oil and pulse into a paste. Rub the paste on both sides of lamb chops, place in a plastic bag.
Let them marinate for a least 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator.
Remove from refrigerator and allow the chops to come to room temperature; it will take about 20 minutes.
Heat grill. Add chops cook on both sides for 3 minutes for medium rare or 3.5 minutes for medium
